I am a technical founder building agent systems on Claude: a control room for Claude Code agents, an MCP memory server, and approval and review gates. I am also studying for a BSc in Computing at UCLan London.

    A desktop control room for a team of AI agents. It runs Claude Code, Codex and Grok agents as command-line sessions I can reach from my phone; an agent can also get its own Docker Linux desktop.

    Over 1,300 automated tests. Every release ships with a rollback.

    An MCP server that gives agents across my machines one keyword index over shared notes, with token auth and gitleaks redaction before indexing.

    An open-source screenshot tool for Linux: Wayland-first capture, OCR, an annotation editor, a clipboard daemon run as a systemd user service, and a distro-aware installer.

    Core modules are tested headless with pytest. The code is on GitHub.

  4. Cost-capped agent team

    Headless Claude workers that share one cached prompt, with a model and effort level per task, hard spending caps and a cost ledger.

    94% cache hit on a test relaunch. In an escape test, worker commands could not write outside their folder, read SSH keys or reach the network.

Experience and education

    Founder, Florin Studio

    A one-person studio in Kent building websites and AI agent systems on Claude. I built the studio site, florinstudio.uk, in React and Vite.

    • I run research teams of Claude Code sub-agents: researchers and adversarial reviewers, with cited sources. In a 13-agent email-gateway study, all six reviewers found the same flaw: no process boundary between the agent and the mail credentials.
    • I run a small fleet of macOS and Linux machines on Tailscale, with Docker, systemd and launchd, and keep secrets out of code and config.

    Founder, PlatterJoy

    A Kent catering business making charcuterie and grazing platters for private and corporate events. I built its website and online ordering, then wound it down to focus on the studio.
